IgM Specifications*:

255 characterised sera were tested on the Panbio^® Dengue IgM Capture ELISA as part of an in-house study. The sera included 83 endemic seronegative samples, 57 samples from patients with primary dengue infection, and 115 samples from patients with secondary dengue infection.

IgG Specifications

A total of 316 retrospective sera were tested on the Panbio^® Dengue IgG Capture ELISA as part of an in-house study. The serum panel was comprised of 161 samples from healthy donors in an endemic population, 66 samples from a non-endemic population, 35 samples HAI characterised positive for primary dengue infection and 54 samples HAI characterised positive for secondary dengue infection.

• Serological Sensitivity （Secondary） = 52/54 （96.3%）

• Serological Specificity （Primary） = 32/35 （91.4%）

• Serological Specificity （Endemic） = 152/161 （94.4%）

• Serological Specificity （Non Endemic） = 66/66 （100.0%）
